1. Coxsone Records . What can you say but this is probably the most important label during the mid to late 60’s pressing some of the finest tunes you will ever hear! 2. Studio One Records . Again Coxsone Dodd producing most if not all of the tunes on this label, every release on this label a Killer!!! 3. Blue Cat Records . A small underground label which issued some of the coolest rocksteady your ears will ever hear !!! 4. Junior Records . This is an almost unknown Rocksteady label from Handsworth in Birmingham which only produced a small number of records, all of which are pure classics! 5. Giant Records . You only have to listen to ‘The Cooler’ by The Wrigglers to know why this label will never be forgotten. 6. Blue Beat Records . Not only did Prince Buster release most of his records on this label but it was one of the earliest ska labels to hit the shop in the UK in the early 1960’s. 7. Island Records . Set up by Chris Blackwell in the early 60’s so artist such as Bob Marley could get their records released in the UK. 8. Punch Records . The art work on the label itself makes this label unmissable, artists such as Lee Perry and The Creations released some essential rocksteady records on this label. 9. Caltone Records . Some hard to find killer tunes on this label by artists such as Phil Pratt. 10. Doctor Bird . Starting from the mid 60’s this label released some amazing ska and rocksteady music including some killer ska instrumentals by Roland Alphonso.

Verve A Storm In Heaven The Verve’s first LP on vinyl is now very hard to find and a psych masterpiece, released a few years before they had chart success but possibly their greatest LP. Oasis Whats The Story Morning Glory Now seen as one of the greatest LP’s ever released. The original double LP is now highly sought after and the LP that defined the 1990’s Britpop and Indie movement. Pulp A Different Class After years of struggling Pulp finally hit the big time with this fantastic quirky LP in 1995 at the height of Britpop. If you have a copy in top condition give us a call today.
